If that is the interpretation, can the Victron inverters then be set to randomly come on between 1-10 minutes after grid is restored but no ramp up needed then?
But considering the first definition, it doesn’t state that the generator need to be controllable by the utility… so I’m still not convinced it isn’t controllable.
