Victron VRM portal - Admin Key_Not_Found

Hi All - we did our own install and registered on the VRM portal, thus my husband is the admin. However, now, almost a year later, under “users”, although his name appears, the “full control” is dimmed out and the information button reads %%KEY_NOT_FOUND%%
So, I am now unable to update the ESS Assistant on VEConfig, as no “send” button appears.
Can anyone shed any light on why this happened and how to correct it? No other person has been invited on the profile. Or must I take it up with Victron support directly?
