My Venus device has been offline for a little while now. Normally I connect to the Venus WiFi, find the device on Victron Connect and reboot the device through the remote console which solves the problem. However now after connecting to the Venus WiFi, Victron Connect cannot find the device. Is there another way for me to reboot the Venus?
You pull out its power plug, wait a few seconds, and put it back it.
I was hoping to avoid doing that due to it being a fiddly operation as the power connector is behind trunking. I bit the bullet and did it and it worked.
Also turn this option On under Settings/VRM Online Portal to avoid having to do unplug and fiddle again
