Multis have one input. Quattros have two inputs. So one input could be grid and the other a generator. Therefore, no manual changeover switch needed.
In the same way the original Quattro is different from the original Multi: It has two AC inputs (and two outputs, hence the name, 4 legs).
The Multi is NRS approved while the Quattro is not - last time I checked.
I didn’t know it’s full name is “Quattro gambe” ![]()
Only these three MultiPlus-II models as per the 7 June 2023 list. There aren’t any 8, 10 or 15 kVA models listed.

An EasySolar-II GX contains a 3 or 5 kVA MultiPlus-II, but is not specifically mentioned.
