Hi,
we are struggling with issue, that BMS is in some protection mode.
There is no external communication. Relay state is still Open (should be Closed)
Relay is OFF; (should be ON)
Relay disable flag: 0x1000
Voltage from batteries is passing tru (750V-800V); Relay must be working, I hear swapping clicks very well.
Also I am able to control relay with command ctrl relay1 on; ctrl relay 1 off
After tbstart command relay is ON; state Closed; but only for next reset or some change.
This issue happened when Solinteg inverter was connected directly to BMS; and not via MBMS. Probably during updating firmware of inverter.
What command could inverter send to BMS to stop using external communication (CAN; RS485; LAN) and keep relay OFF.
Did anyone solve this issue before?
