Pylontech batteries, no parts available to repair batteries

I just found out from my supplier that there are no parts available in South Africa to repair the batteries, has anyone else heard the same ?

As far as I know, they ship them in from China. Part shortages ought to be temporary.

According to my supplier, who is an authorized repair center for Pylontech, is saying there is some issues at Pylontech in China, this is heresay, though

I had a 3 y.o. US2000C that developed an issue with one of its temperature probes.They swapped it out for a new US3000C about a week ago. I’m not complaining.
