The Sunsynk/Deye have a built in pv switch, is that enough, as I read somewhere that there is a regulation that there needs to be one in the solar combiner/db box or are the fuses enough, as I first switch off the inverter pv disconnector and then pull the fuses.

As far as I’m aware, the disconnect on the inverter counts, as long as it’s installed to the same specifications as a DB (height requirements etc.). So just having the fuse and SPD in the DC DB is fine then.
