Anybody here know how to reset its heat pumps wifi module. I am having issues with my unit keeps on disconnecting from WiFi and then loosing it’s time, then the time I set to heat, is all wrong. Then we don’t have hot water when expected. What is weird the time I set for the timer to go on/off is still fine but the unit time is all wrong.
I have contacted its, but they are useless. They don’t know what to do. The manual is of no help either. They were supposed to come back to me but they don’t. I have a very frustrated family, no warm water, when you need it.
I have searched for answers on the Internet, but had no luck.
For reference I had this unit installed, 5.4kW ITS Residential Heat Pump
I’m not familiar with their remote WiFi connected controller.
However is it possible to connect from the remote to the heat pump with a wired connection?
How old is the unit?
Unit is 10 months old, so new.
Also not wired, only WiFi connection.
I have asked ITS technician for a reset option, but they could not give me one. Said they will come back to me, that was 3 or 4 weeks ago. That was after I had to to ask for couple of times for an answer. Maybe the unit is just defective. I will try them again.
12 month warranty? Ask them to come out and do a warranty replacement 
That often gets the creative juices flowing…
One easy thing you can try is to see if you move the control panel closer to the heat pump. (you might need to supply power to it…)
If this helps then this is a workaround.
The problem with these faults is that 1: They are not heat pump faults and 2:They are intermittent. So ITS are going to struggle when they get to site.
Sounds like you’re in Cape Town area and if so deal directly with ITS, not the installer.
My experience of dealing with them is good. I wanted them to do a check and service on my second hand heat pump so I took it to them and watched the process and got all my questions answered,
