I need some work done - looking for a system designer

Hi everyone,

I need to design an AC and DC system for my boat. I will be installing a bank of LF304’s and thinking about a bank of MB56’s.

If anyone is interested or knows someone please send me a PM.

I am in the Western Cape - but I dont need some one on site. I just need a design layout out on a CAD model of the boat. I will do the installing myself, but would like a professional DC guy to design the layout BOM etc.

So this can be done remotely - so if someone wants to take a look and quote it can be done from anywhere in the country.

Thanks for the reply. I will take a look at your suggestion. This thread I started is not exactly being “rushed” so it seems it will be hard to find someone like this. Thought there maybe a few “fundies” lurking here - if they are it appears not interested in something like this. If anyone happens past this thread and feels like they can offer some advice/design service in any of the areas mentioned please DM me.

Hi,

the LF304s are solid cells but you will need to consider the charging profile differences if mixing with the MB56s.

I can put together the CAD layout with proper DC distribution, protection and BOM for you to work from.
