Well blow me down … the BMS and BMV SOC has pulled “together” … all by themselves nogal.

… since I used what @Gman and @GVC both suggested.

Have done as follows:
Charging: 0.5 - 0.2 prefered - so 280ah is 140amps or 56amps preferred.
Bulk/Absorb: 14.2 to 14.6 or 3.55v - 3.65v per cell
Float: 13.6v or 3.4v per cell

Low Shutdown: 46.4 - 2.9v per cell
DC Input Restart: 52.8 - 3v per cell
DC Input low Pre-alarm: 52.8 - 3.1v per cell

From these suggestions:
100.00% - 3.650
99.50% - 3.450
99.00% - 3.375
90.00% - 3.350
80.00% - 3.325
70.00% - 3.300
60.00% - 3.275
50.00% - 3.263
40.00% - 3.250
30.00% - 3.225
20.00% - 3.200
14.00% - 3.150
9.50% - 3.000
5.00% - 2.800

People, better the cells stay perfectly in balance.

I can also say, the two problem cells from before, are performing beautifully on a daily charge/discharge cycle on the 12v system. YES!
