I am using three solar MD batteries in my installation. Late on Friday (on the public holiday) I noticed that one wasnt responding and some errors were reported by the BMS.
I contacted their support after 18:00 - when they should already have been closed - and they responded and helped me out. Everything was working a while later.
I have asked for their support a few times over weekends and each time I got great service from them.
Furthermore the performance of their batteries have been stellar up to now.
In short if I had to start again today I would again buy batteries from them and not consider any other vendor. I think a victron setup with solarmd batteries is a winner in South Africa with both companies providing great local support.
