pardon my ignorance/lack of knowledge or whatever… but can an ordinary young electrician install and connect extra pvs for me and connect them to the inverter or must i get a qualified solar installer for this? apparently a form must be completed which is filed with my installs registration at the municipality. i don’t want to end up with extra capacity just to have the local authorities one day - after surveilling satellite images, pounce on me
