Im using services of two companies on a single property: recharger and netvendor.
No issues, tenants buy vouchers on internet.
But you need to check connections and income for anything illegal, had bad experience with one scum.
I see no difference between these services, costs are covered by tenants who are being charged 10% extra so from my perspective the “middle man” doesnt cost me anything.
