Sorry to derail this thread, but I need to find out something please. A friend of mine has two Sunsynk inverter’s with different software. He wants to parallel them so obviously needs them all to have the same software. He has asked the company who sold him the inverters to do an update for him, but is getting no joy from them. He also tried a WhatsApp support group 07685……95 and got no joy there either. Is there anything else he can try?

You can request firmware upgrades by filling in the form at:
https://www.sunsynk.org/up-grade
Takes a day or two for the update to be done.
Unfortunately, there is no change log.
