Honest question:
Does this then mean that bank has been replaced under warranty, that is it?
How does it work?

According to the warranty document they can either replace a failed battery or refund a pro-rata amount, at their discretion. In every case so far they have organised a brand new battery. (I’ve purchased 22 Pylontech batteries over the past 4 years and this would be the 4th battery that has developed issues in that time. Three of the failures came from the same batch.)
I usually e-mail Pylontech support with the error report and logs. They then contact SegenSolar (the local distributor), who in turn contact me to arrange a swapout. Luckily SegenSolar is just around the corner, so I just drive through and collect the new battery while dropping off the old one at the same time.
If I can be more specific.
Those 4 that where replaced, are their warranties now over/done?
No, the original warranty continues, i.e. it expires 10 years after the date of the original purchase.
Now THAT is very interesting to hear.
Thank you.
Back to the actual topic of this thread, I continue to see the last 10% or so being jumping sharply. This is last week’s SOC.
Typically jumps from 88%/90% to 99% in a couple of minutes. Typicaly less than 5 minutes.
