I note this post is a bit dated, but hopefully you can still advise:
I have 8 x US2000 (2020 models) but decided to reduce the stack and connect some of it to 4 x UP5000 batteries I have bough recently. However the UP5000 does not communicate with the US2000 . Do you perhaps have access to the latest firmware for the US2000’s that would enable these batteries to communicate?
I don’t think they are compatible for the UP2500

I have a LV-hub that got stuck while update from 1.6 to 1.8. I thinks it’s bricked, does the software also help with a LV-hub? Do you have any suggestions? If yes, could you send it to niels@lithiumaccus.nl

I’m in the same situation. After update with firmware US_C_V2.8_Crc.bin one battery don’t work. Is briked!!

I have a new US2000C battery (with a new chip) and the firmware installed is v2.2.
I knew the latest was v1.8 but probably Pylontech has released a new firmware.
Since I want to align all my batteries, do you have more information and where I can download this firmware?

I have also Aton Inverter. I’m able to see the SOC value of all battery.
Inside connect choose United and then your numbers of battery.
The soc appear on the right side on bottom menù

A technician yesterday installed a new firmware on my US2000C battery and now the battery is blocked.
The update stopped at 83%,
The battery does not turn on anymore!
I’m sorry and angry.

sorry, I couldn’t find another way to write to you.
I unfortunately shot one of my US2000C batteries with a faulty firmware update. I heard about you on a German forum and you have helped many people get their battery back in working condition.
